Weiland Construction built a lake house for us in 2019. We couldn’t be happier with the working relationship with the builder and the final product is exceptional. Gord and Deb came up with great ideas to make the best use of our lot while making our home both functional and beautiful and working within our budget. Being a local builder they understood the many permits and timelines required by the boundary resulting in the build being completed on schedule. We would highly recommend Weiland Construction.

Weiland Construction just finished installing the concrete foundation and drainage system for a cottage I am building on the east shore of Kootenay Lake. The company provided outstanding service and quality of work. Gord Weiland is highly competent. He has an outstanding crew. Deb Weiland kept me informed of all developments. Both Deb and Gord were an absolute charm to deal with. They are honest, straightforward and trustworthy.
